Twice a year I offer a 3-Day water fast to give our GI tract a much-needed break from the constant influx of food and bugs. This will reset and move the body onto the path of healing. Monday - Friday

This is for people with deeper health issues who’d like to solve them at the root. First you fill out health forms and I do a proprietary assessment to determine which bodily system requires urgent attention. Then we work to heal the tissues through quality supplements, organic whole food, also breath and meditation protocols. Cost is $299 and includes a free 15 minute consult, then our first meeting with protocols (1 hr), then a follow up meeting (30 minutes).
